Using CCleaner to Remove Unneeded Files From Your Computer

CCleaner is a nifty free program (free as in cookies) that helps you remove all those old temporary files that all your programs like to leave lying around, sometimes freeing up a fair amount of space.  It also removes some unused entries in your registry.

CCleaner can be downloaded for free from their website.  The developers have even been kind enough to post a descriptive tour of their program with screenshots.

CCleaner only removes unused temporary files for the user that is logged in.  If you have multiple accounts on your computer, you will need to log into each one and run CCleaner.
